A cam follower or track roller is selected for guided motion, not simply because the outside diameter appears close to the old part. FONKIN CAR40 is listed as a cam follower for guided-motion and load-carrying positions. The replacement should match the machine arrangement, mounting method and track condition.

Marking and photos: send both the full marking and images of the complete old part.
Dimensions: confirm roller outside diameter, width, bore or stud details, and mounting-space limits.
Track profile: identify whether the follower runs on a flat, crowned or shaped track; inspect for scoring or pitting.
Load and speed: advise radial load, shock load, travel speed and duty cycle.
Environment: confirm dust, washdown, corrosion risk, temperature and sealing needs.
Premature wear is often caused by a damaged track, misalignment, incorrect tightening or poor lubrication rather than the follower alone. Before fitting a replacement, inspect the contact path and mounting face. A clean, smooth running surface helps the roller distribute load as intended.

Keep the part protected until installation. Clean the mounting location and check that the follower sits squarely. Use the specified tightening method; do not use impact force on rolling elements. After commissioning, monitor noise, heat and the condition of the track during the first operating cycle.
For a FONKIN CAR40 quotation, send the complete model, quantity, equipment use, old-part photos, destination country and required delivery date. If there is no legible marking, dimensions plus photos of the mounting position and track are usually enough to begin an identification review.

Not safely without checking the full mounting, load and track requirements. Similar dimensions can still have different fixing or operating characteristics.
Send clear photos, key dimensions, the equipment model and the destination to fonkin-industries@188.com for an initial review.
