The NTN KRV19FXLLD0H/L588 is a high-precision stud-type cam follower needle roller bearing designed for continuous rolling contact on cam tracks and guide rails, widely recognized as a reliable track roller for automated machinery. Its dimension parameters comply with JIS B 1514 standard: stud diameter (bore) 8 mm, outer ring OD 19 mm, outer ring width 11 mm, overall total length 32 mm, fillet radius r=0.6 mm, precision tolerance class P0 (Class 0), radial clearance CN, M8×1.25 threaded stud with 4 mm hexagonal socket, double NBR contact seals (LL) without grease hole (D0).
The outer ring, stud (inner race substitute) and needle rollers adopt SUJ2 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, through-hardened to HRC 60–65, delivering outstanding wear resistance, contact fatigue strength and dimensional stability; the pressed steel cage uses SPCC cold-rolled steel, maintaining stable roller spacing under dynamic load and vibration.
Core manufacturing processes include hot forging for dense raw material microstructure, precision CNC turning for contour forming, controlled through-hardening tempering heat treatment to eliminate residual stress, cylindrical grinding and superfinishing of raceways and outer rolling surface. Calculated per ISO 281 bearing life standard, its nominal basic rating life L10 reaches 12,500 operating hours under standard steady radial load, clean lubrication and 60% limiting speed. Service life is sensitive to overload, misalignment, contamination and high-temperature excursion.
This NTN cam follower serves automation equipment, packaging machinery, textile machines, conveying systems and machine tool cam mechanisms. The cylindrical outer ring profile ensures stable linear rolling guidance for reciprocating and intermittent motion.
For maintenance: inspect every 2000 operating hours; it is pre-filled with L588 urea-based grease, suitable for -20 °C ~ 120 °C. Keep seal surfaces clean, check for grease leakage, abnormal noise and outer ring surface spalling. During installation, clean the stud thread and mounting bore, align the bearing concentrically, apply 8 N·m specified tightening torque, and rotate the outer ring manually to verify smooth operation before commissioning. Avoid hammer striking directly on the outer ring to prevent raceway damage.
