The 23024-2CS5W/GEM SKF is a sealed heavy-duty spherical roller bearing developed by SKF, equipped with double-sided CS5 contact seals and optimized GEM internal design. It features strong self-aligning performance, ultra-high heavy load capacity, excellent dustproof and waterproof performance, perfectly suitable for severe dusty, humid and impact-intensive industrial working conditions.
Complying strictly with ISO international rolling bearing standards, its standard dimensions: inner diameter 120 mm, outer diameter 180 mm, overall width 46 mm, chamfer 2.2×45°, tolerance grade P0, standard internal clearance. The integrated sealing structure avoids grease leakage and external pollutant invasion, realizing long-term maintenance-free operation.
In terms of material configuration, inner and outer rings adopt high-purity 100Cr6 vacuum degassed bearing steel, quenched hardness HRC 61-63, with outstanding wear resistance, contact fatigue resistance and impact resistance. Spherical rollers use high-precision hot-rolled bearing steel; reinforced brass machined cage owns high temperature resistance and structural stability, which stably guides rolling elements under heavy load.
