Material Specification

Core Manufacturing Process
The production workflow includes hot forging to refine internal grain structure, precision turning to achieve near-net forming, controlled quenching and tempering for consistent hardness, precision grinding and superfinishing of raceways and roller surfaces to reduce surface roughness and operating friction. Full dimensional, material and performance inspections are implemented prior to factory delivery.
Service Life
The L10 basic rating life is calculated per ISO 281 under standard operating conditions with 90% reliability, clean lubrication and stable rated load. Primary factors shortening service life include excessive shock load, lubricant degradation, particulate contamination and shaft-housing misalignment.

Immediate shutdown and disassembly inspection are required once surface spalling, pitting or grease contamination is detected.
