The HSR25A1SS THK is a high-rigidity linear guide block with standard SS contact seal, belonging to THK classic HSR series. Designed for smooth linear motion, it features four-direction equal load capacity, high running precision and excellent dustproof performance, which is the preferred linear motion component for high-precision automation and mechanical equipment.
Compliant with JIS linear motion standards, key dimensions: overall width 70 mm, total height 36 mm, mounting hole pitch 50 mm, chamfer 1.0×45°, precision grade C3. Integrated SS double-end seals effectively block dust and debris for long-term stable operation.
The block body and rolling raceways adopt S55C high-carbon steel, heat-treated to HRC 60–62 with outstanding wear resistance and structural rigidity. Precision steel balls use 100Cr6 bearing steel for low friction and fatigue resistance.The reinforced plastic retainer maintains stable circulation of rolling elements, reducing noise and preventing ball falling off.
Main manufacturing processes include precision forging, CNC machining, integral quenching and tempering, raceway precision grinding and superfinishing. Forging optimizes internal structure; strict heat treatment ensures uniform hardness; superfinishing lowers surface roughness, realizing ultra-smooth linear movement and extended service life.
Calculated based on ISO 14728 standard, its rated L10 service life reaches 58,000 km under standard load, normal speed and qualified lubrication. Service life is mainly affected by applied load, travel speed, installation parallelism, lubrication status and working environment.
This THK linear guide block is widely used in CNC machine tools, automated production lines, semiconductor equipment, packaging machinery and medical devices. Four-way load design adapts to multi-direction stress, while high precision and low noise perfectly meet the demands of high-speed positioning and continuous reciprocating motion.
Perform lubrication maintenance every 200 operating hours with THK dedicated linear guide grease, filling volume 0.3–0.5 g each time. Keep guide rail and block surfaces clean; regularly check movement smoothness and seal integrity, and replace seals timely once abrasion or leakage occurs.
Before installation, clean the mounting base and guide rail, and inspect flatness. Place the block onto the rail slowly, tighten mounting bolts with standard torque 22–26 N·m, and keep parallelism error below 0.02 mm/m. Conduct reciprocating test after installation to confirm no jamming or abnormal noise. Wear protective gloves during operation to ensure safety.
