Lubrication cycle: Grease lubrication every 400 operating hours; oil-air lubrication maintenance interval extends to 1200 hours. Recommended lubricant: high-speed spindle synthetic grease, filling ratio 20%–30% of internal cavity. Weekly cleaning to remove fine abrasives; inspect running vibration, temperature rise and abnormal noise. Temperature exceeding 25℃ above ambient or obvious chatter indicates preload failure or bearing damage.
Pre-installation: Thoroughly clean shaft and housing seats, remove burrs and impurities. Adopt temperature-controlled hot mounting; avoid direct impact on raceways. Shaft coaxiality error limited below 0.008 mm; lock nut tightening torque 140–170 N·m. After assembly, implement 3-stage gradual speed running-in test.
