Dimensional parameters follow ISO 355 standards: inner diameter 70 mm, outer diameter 125 mm, width 24 mm, chamfer 1.1×45°, tolerance class P0, standard radial clearance CN. The 40° contact angle provides superior axial load capacity compared to smaller‑angle variants, ideal for heavy thrust‑loaded applications.
Inner rings, outer rings and precision steel balls are manufactured from high‑purity 100Cr6 vacuum‑refined bearing steel, quenched to HRC 61–63, offering outstanding wear resistance, contact fatigue strength and dimensional stability.
